Some time ago Neoxian city had 3rd anniversary. There is so many involved steemians in this city.
I discovered this tribe, because @ackza gave me 100 NEOXIANAG staked into my account via steem-engine. He really believe in steemit and make campaign on instagram and twitter to promote steemit and just by this gift I was really happy and start looking more for this tribe. It don't take a long time, untill I decided to buy some on the market just to support many people. There was no airdrop for everyone, who own pal tokens or have steem power. People who will get neoxians for free can dump market easy. I think this is long term community with traditions and that's why i go in.
This is one of the oldest community on steemit and have really advanced discord.
bdexchange is a bot, which can check all market orders for specific tokens. As you know all orders are just anonymous, but with that bot you can check who wanna buy for what price.

Neoxian discord have ranks with citizen membership so that's why the site name is neoxian.city
Anyway Ackza started using neoxian, before me when important person from the neoxian city show him the bdexchange bot.
Now he have more neoxian power than me, but I can try chase him :D
I don't know how he can do that much post, write that much in many discords and find the time to promote tokens and steem on social media :D
I saw one time on discord, when he write something like that "Atnazo you have tokens from me, give them to new people on steemspeak, I go sleep"
