If you are a true fan of the game and you watch basketball game a lot, you probably here YES from
a broadcaster. His name is Marv Albert. He has been around the same job for more than 60 years. He is almost
80 and retirement is coming. I think if he wants to continue he can cause the voice is still the same. I think he is tired
of preparing for the game and traveling plus you know the rest. Thing changes now and I do not think money is an issue at all.

Marv works for MSG, NBC and then TNT. So he is a library for the NBA. He knows well Larry bird, MJ, Kobe and much of the stars of the 2000s and after. Bucks vs Hawks could be his last game depending on the winner. If not game 7 will be his last.
Marv iconic voice made his a relic for the game for a long time. I hope his voice stayed with us with the NBA game on Xbox and others gaming platform.

This is usually what happen when dad is in broadcasting, the kid follows as well. It will be a different sport altogether.
Albert has its favorite for a starting five. You Have Larry Bird, Michael Jordan, Lebron James, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Magic.
He picked the best of the best for his five. Somehow he misses Kobe. I can understand why cause kobe emulates MJ to the glove.
Not everyone lately can last that long during one thing and reach 80. Good luck Albert and congrats on well deserved retirement.
Your voice will be missed.

Marv has been at it a long time. He has been the voice of basketball since I started watching games in the early 1990's... and obviously he was already a veteran at that time.
