Ducks on the river in september

And again I have a photo of wild ducks living on our rivers. I haven’t laid them out here for a long time, but in two months, maybe earlier, you won’t see them in free swimming. They will gather in a huge crowd at the dam, where the water does not freeze in winter. Then you can’t take it off alone.

Yes, I didn’t make a reservation, writing in the plural about rivers. Not far from my house there are two rivers - the Oka and its tributary Orlik. Wild ducks live on both.

Ducks are always interesting to watch. I especially like their river trips. It turns out that I can’t remove them when the ducks fly beautifully, and then sink into the water, forming waves. The camera doesn’t always happen to take off or suddenly take off, but I’m not ready to shoot. I’m going to deliberately stand for a long time on the shore to capture such moments, but until I have moved in this regard, I’m always in a hurry.

Ducks are so funny. It is interesting to watch them, although they are not particularly fond of attention, almost like other birds.

Ducks, like people, rest on the shore, swim in droves, and in pairs, and dream alone. On the river in different places you can see. More closer to the shore, because people often feed them. Ducks adore various logs, pebbles, especially on sunny days, doze off at them, basking under the gentle rays.

My husband and I often go to feed the ducks. We also buy bread, cereals, cheese slices and everything else that we have not eaten. I shot a video just at the time when they were being fed. Here, the ducks show their character, dexterity, not everyone will give the tidbit to their friends.
