A Beautiful Morning..
Waking up in the morning is a good practice.
We should all wake up in the morning and do a morning walk. It will keep our body healthy. And the mind will stay healthy. Therefore, the phrase "health is the root of all happiness".
Most of the time we age, do morning walks, and bam and take care of our own health. However, we need the Young Generation to do a morning walk and exercise at Young's.
Wake up in the morning to feel the beautiful atmosphere. The environment has to be felt from its mind.
