Music Monday (feel free to add your own music)
Every Monday I intend to post a music video (and a few words explaining my choice) I invite you to join me by doing same in the comments section below. As the forum (hopefully) grows my aim is that we begin to inspire our fellow Steemians to broaden their musical horizons by listening to the music that inspires us. The only thing I ask is that (where possible) every song we listen to is played nice and loudly on headphones or speakers in order that we capture its true essence.
As more Steemians join this venture there is also going to be the possibility of being rewarded for our musical tastes via the amount of upvotes each song receives. That said please never feel awkward about posting a track, a guilty pleasure or even your own musical ventures. I have an extremely wide range of musical interests but also understand that music like beauty is very much in the eye of the beholder. As such I may play my chosen song, but who am I to define what constitutes good music.
Loving the J5, we had a public holiday here so it felt like a double Sunday if that makes sense 🤔.. When you don't have a real Monday there's no case of the Monday's but good tunes are always welcome as are the flaws of the perceptual...

Hey dude .. long time no speak! Hope you've been keeping well, and life has been good!? The embers of summer are slowly dying (well they are in Blighty .. in fact, we could be in for a winter of discontent lol) so I should have a bit more of a presence on here .. how is the hardfork going? or shouldn't I ask? lol
Yeah, I'm a big fan of those double Sunday thingies lol in fact, I enjoyed one just last weekend .. life is for living! :) Man, you've picked a blinder this week my friend .. a feel-good track that can warm the coldest of hearts and raise a smile upon the scowliest of faces, also one of my all time favourites .. well chosen!! Thanks for the music my friend, just what the Dr ordered! :)
Indeed it's been too long! Good on you for soaking up a good store of that vitamin d shining down from above. Hopefully you can catch the last embers and ride them through the discontentment of winter..Though more of your perceptions will be welcomed.
I'm doing just fine and dandy the HF has actually given me some glimmers of hope and a sense of solidarity with those not looking to burn this mother down.. I am having to bounce between a few front ends as a mobile user to steem on but I've decided to hang up my bitching and moaning cap. Going to use honey instead of the piss and vinegar that supplied my satirical antagonist prose.
Jackie Wilson is tough to top with higher and higher, it's absolutely an elevated classic that will sit upon it's lofty perch for as long as songs fill the air.. Glad you enjoyed it my friend.
I think you will do well by the new economics here, I've noticed a few of the old guard that stayed true to their content and are now enjoying some hefty curation from whales that were waiting for any reason at all to not self vote or whatever...

I've never head of Ride before, but this track really takes me back to my college years, those carefree hazy crazy endless summers of fun, music and free expression. They have a really nice uplifting sound and great melodies .. so I will enjoy looking into their back catalogue! Hope you have a great gig, I simply love live music .. the interaction and the energy of the crowd .. priceless! Hmmm where is my bank card?? lol Thank you for the music my friend .. this was a pleasure to listen to.
