RE: Wav-Legion celebrates SMaLL VICTORIES as we release our new Southern Rock track "Small Victories"

Cool tune. I was having some thoughts about what Steem could do for bands. Do you have any ideas why more are not joining up? I know the current audience is small, but some could bring their fans with them and that could make a big difference.
