If you cant beat them join them. :) // Stepping into the world of EDM and electronic music

Ive been giving Reddit a shot these last few weeks and i tried to make connections with various music producers. What i found out is that some of them do have some talent when it comes to beat making. None of that is probably ground breaking or elite level but you can do stuff with it. Its still difficult for me to determine which track is good and which is not but over time im slowly starting to develop that sense.

In the end, its true that beggars cant be choosers. :D

So ill do a few of them and see what happens.
I never really worked a lot on original songs outside a handful, partially because i never really was good at writing lyrics, but when you have all that served for you, you can always adjust what youre given to how you want it to sound.
I found that its much easier to change existing work producers send me into something that suits me then to create something from scratch. Lazy i know. hehe

The tracks i picked up to do arent hard house music but rather something more in line with the current popular electronic music that allows for parts with significant vocal presence.

My current goal is getting up to 1000 subscribers on youtube and by doing these kinds of collabs im hoping to attract the audiences the music producers might have.
Once i add this kind of music to my channel, i know it will become a jumbled mess of various genres but why not give it a shot since ive been stuck at around 100 subs for a few months now. :)

Maybe original music is "where its at".
Hehe.
I dunno, im just trying stuff out to see where it goes. Ive had a few songs of mine run on Croatian radio and it always felt nice when i would drive somewhere and i would hear my voice. :)
The songs werent something i was proud of, but nonetheless it was nice to hear them.

The international music industry is huge and who knows where these songs might end up.

The biggest thing i would expect from this is that i wont be the only one promoting myself. Do 3-4 collabs and you get 3-4 producers promoting you and their work. That increases reach.
At least thats my logic behind it. I might be wrong. hehe

Anyways, i just wanted to share that and i think you can expect something new this week.

I will see you.

Haha @silentscreamer. Perhaps you don't have to worry about create your new great stuff "with significant vocal presence" in the EDM and electronic music realms you know.

EDM & Electronic music prolly has more to do into the dancing scene than anything else. Since these pieces are basically more instrumentals and without vocals most of the time.

So, I think I'm gonna share with you one of my favorite chaps in this EDM scene who is known like The Mad Violinist just you check out his stuff a hopefully find your muses with refurbished inspiration to try something similar with your violin.

I certainly would love watch you playing some badass DubStep stuff with your masterful girly skills. :)

What do you think would happen if we could start the first lesson with something like this? ¿huh? ;)

haha. Are you stalking me on Reddit. :D

Well there are many types of EDM and ill go with the one where i dont simply speak words. There are a few ive seen that have "significant vocal parts". haha.
Otherwise it would just be boring to do. :)
