Lucky Phillip Dube is a rastafarian and raggae musician, he was born August 3 1964 in a town named Ermelo, Transvaal (now Mpumalanga), South Africa. His birth was a miracle as he was born after so many failed pregnancies, he is tagged a special child.

His love for music started at childhood when he joined the choir and at age 18, he joined his cousin to form a band.

Lucky Dube was known as the biggest music export in South Africa as he has recorded 22 music both in zulu and English language.

He is also popular as he is tagged the biggest African raggae artist.

Lucky Dube is a good vocalist who can play the guitar and the keyboard very well. He was signed to a record label known as Rykodisc, Gallo Record Company.
His back up and instrutmentalist are called The Love Brothers, and also he as worked with the Remlius too.

Lucky Dube added acting to his strong musical career and starred in voice in the dark, getting lucky and lucky strikes back.

Lucky Dube life was cut short after he was murdered by 5 robbers carjackers who believes he was a Nigerian and shot him.
He died on 18 October 2007 at Johannesburg, South Africa.

@sammiegold, Some people really called as Special because they came to this earth with Surprises and when someone is tagged as Special Child, after growing up they definitely show some great talent.
