Happy Good Friday ...
I’m not a big fan of the extreme violence and gore of this film or this Historical atrocity ... but from the Archaeological discoveries in Israel I suppose it is very accurate.
I’m not sure anyone will ever understand the strange idea that God came to earth and suffered such a death through crucifixion on on a cross. Except through Faith I suppose. Or some strange Secret Gnosticism. (Knowledge)
The Universe is filled with such mysteries. The Bible is filled with metaphor and symbolism and trope. Especially the Aramaic version if you can read Aramaic.
Why does anything exist at all ?
It’s a strange strange world.
Anyway, the soundtrack from this film is beautiful and makes me believe in God.
Even with Covid ....

I've seen many Jesus movies in my present, and many horror films in my past, but never watched "The Passion". I suppose there is no better time then now.
The soundtrack is AMAZING!
If you like Jesus movies, and you like Horror films you will LOVE this movie. Very gory. Lots and lots of blood.
