I continued to play around with this

New drum arrangement for the 'Chorus'
song idea, and slowly but surely I think I'm finding stuff that will stay. Most of the first 12 tracks are the same, though for the 808s and the 'Basement Drum' kick patterns, I bounced them to audio so I wouldn't need to reload them after the demo time runs out. That Basement Drum kick part is now only used over the first half of each 'full' section, with the second halves now becoming more of an actual Chorus, with more of a build up. Track 15 adds some rides, splash and crash cymbal hits, using the Steven Slate Drums demo. Instead of using that previous drum part, there is now a 909 kit in Track 17, which plays a four on the floor kick pattern over these Choruses, which helps to drive things along and make those parts more intense. Track 16 was just a little audio clip, used in the transition before the second Chorus, which turned out to be one of my favorite moments. Track 18 adds a little noise swell to help Track 12 build things up to that last Chorus. Finally, we have Track 19, a little snare-ish percussion pattern, using an instrument from ROLI's Cinematic Impact pack. I need to fix the levels here, it starts off a little too quiet, and builds up a little too loud, so I'll chop the audio clip and fix that tonight. I figured I'd sleep on this and see how I feel about it tomorrow.
