Hiking the Six Foot Track

Images property of @mrhill

A round of applause for @mrhill, who has recently hiked an astonishing distance of 45km! Honestly I don't think I can walk that much in more than a week... Anyhow, this author was also kind enough to provide us with a lengthy text, telling us all about his journey while also documenting everything with some truly amazing photos on the side. Awesome work!

The walk from Black Range to Coxs River is mostly downhill, gravelly and can be driven in a four-wheel drive car. So I didn’t think it was that pleasant to walk. There were however some scenic vistas along the way: -@mrhill

To find out everything @mrhill had to conquer on his walk, feel free to check out the post! And if you like it, I have some good news for you: this author is an insanely active hiker and his profile is full of interesting trips for you to see.

Offers of Blood and Candy (15 minute story)

Our second post titled "Offers of Blood and Candy" comes from a very talented writer @dmoonfire. The way he describes everything in detail and how he develops the plot are 100% on point. I honestly don't have a single thing that I hold against this amazing author. Now, I don't want to spoil any joy of reading the story so here is just a little teaser:

The snow was just beginning to melt off the piles of cow shit and Gris was ready to feed. The creature was only about a foot tall, a ball of white spikes with a pair of large eyes and six smaller ones. It walked on spindly legs, each of the eight, yard-long segmented limb came down to delicately balance on the fading chips of ice and still-frozen dirt. -@dmoonfire

@dmoonfire is a fresh member of the Steemit community, active for only 14 days! But he already got 2 Curie upvotes during these two weeks. Congratulations @dmoonfire, nice work.

ABBA- "When I Kissed The Teacher" ukulele cover

Images property of @aldona

For our third post we have a nice and calming cover of ABBA's song on an ukulele, performed by a skilled player with an absolutely angelic voice, @aldona. It's so relaxing to lay back and listen to this girl playing and singing, you should definitely try it out. I've played the song ten times and it sounds more soothing each time!

it's been a while. a long one.
:)
hope you like it anyway. I'll try my best to upload something else, maybe an original song, finally. -@aldona

I for one would surely like for @aldona to publish her own original song! If you enjoyed this song, you can find some more on this author's profile. My personal favorite is The Beatles- "All My Loving" cover!

"NO TITLE" :)

Now, let's go ahead and check out some art, specifically, the latest painting made by a very talented artist, @silver.art

It's a very interesting piece of work, picturing a red-headed girl riding a goat while being followed by a herd of more goats. I shouldn't say more than that, the painting can talk for itself!

Every each of you can find someting in this artpiece. I wanted to catch the light behind the objects. It was interesting and good expirience. You know I love to paint the nature. Also you can give a title..

If anyone's interested go ahead and help @silver.art choose a title for this post! if not, just go and admire this absolute masterpiece for a little while.
