Internal silence is the self, the development of the in-house silence is the self-realization, but there is no need to consider, to self-realization from a religious or spiritual point of view, nor does there need to think about meditation as a means of self-realization, the process of meditation and its results do not care about the reason, which drives us to practice, any Reason is acceptable, who among us does not want to be more focused? Healthier, happier, productive, without anxiety and peace with the flow of life? Any reason or all of these reasons is suitable for daily meditation, everyone starts meditating according to multiple reasons, the door is open for all reasons.

Sometimes we must remind ourselves, that the nervous system of man came before religions, that the yoga practices that we use, are related to the ability of the nervous system to perform cleansing, openness and self-healing, religions only borrowed and integrated these methods (and their results) into philosophies And multiple beliefs, and this sometimes limits our ability, in fact there are no limits!

So any reason to meditate twice a day is a good reason (health, stress relief, creativity, productivity, relationships, etc.)
