Day 662 | Saturday Reps
I'm still not nearly as comitted as I was during most to the past 662 days but am still hanging in there and did some basic reps / pull ups on Saturday. I really feel the fact that the crypto markets are picking up again as there is simply no time enough to follow everything that has been going on and it comes at the cost of my lifestyle at the moment. I feel like I need 10 days of pure focus and motivation to get myself fully into the flow again while staying very organised in the things I do and will make plans for that on monday.
