Lowish Tide ~ A MonoMad Post
I've been keeping an eye on the tides, trying to find a time when I'm not working, my wife is occupied, and there is a low tide, trying to capture an image of the Ventura Pier reflected in the sand as the waves recede. I partially succeeded yesterday, but now I need to look for a time when the tide is even lower. So, a partial victory, posted for the daily #MonoMad photo contest created by @brumest and curated by @monochromes.

well done. I kinda remembered Ventura Harbour with that seafood restaurant that serves up fresh seafood from the day's catch. !trdo
not sure about the pier. I remembered the Santa Barbara pier though. Remembered I saw a pelican
The Harbor is still a great place to go for fresh seafood. We’ve bought tuna right off the boat before.
do you go to the harbor often?
We tend to go there for events, rather than just to shop and eat. I was last there around Christmas. We go there in the summer for "Rock on the Dock" concerts.
