Milk Challenge Day 2 and my thoughts on Kobe
Fortunately I live in the Pacific time zone so I still have time for my Milk Challenge post. It was a busy day with family. I'm home in time to make my post and finish my comments! :)

If you are posting about Kobe and his accident, my thoughts on the man below...
Don't read it if you are easily triggered by those who don't worship sport heros.
I want to say one thing about Kobe. The guy is a basketball player. How many Military helicopters have gone down in the last couple of years? I really don't understand the fan fare and when I think of Kobe the only thing I think are his Rape Charges and how he used his attorneys money and power to attack his accuser. At best he cheated on his wife in a kinky sex act with a hotel worker, and at worst he was a rapist. This is a man worth celebrating because he was good at sports? I'll save my tears.

After that case I never heard his name again without thinking of that case and his wife's 4 million dollar ring.
My sympathy to his family and family of the others who were on the helicopter.

The flight should never have been made, it was foggy, bad weather, and into a canyon type pass where the mountains were obscured by the clouds and fog. Money does not buy brains.

Moral of the story:

I think I can comply with that bit of advice.
I'm so indifferent about the whole thing, I just kept quiet. Kobe was a good basketballer and the sex incident just showed that he's only human and can make mistakes.
Nigerians that don't even know Kobe or have any connection with him or basketball are "saddened" by the news. I'm just here like, what the feck?

The “universe” takes care of everything! There will always be a balance in life. Justice versus injustice, haters vs lovers ....I could go on of course but one thing we need to keep in mind.
We need to forgive those who made mistakes, including ourselves and give at least the respect to the achievements when face-ing death.
No mother nor wife would enjoy that piece of ring after loosing a daughter and a husband. What a horrific lifelong punishment!
I adored his game but his privat life is not up to me to judge.
I was raped in silence at very young age and feel sorry for the girl if true. “If true” is one of those words many women will hear. How to prove it was an act of rape? We do not know. Human beings can be beasts when confronted with their demons.
RIP Kobe and Gigi and their friends and feel compassion and empathy for their families.
Sometimes death hits me hard because I was so close to it more than once.

I am not a huge sports freak but I always enjoyed live games when I lived in the USA. It’s my urge for Adrenalin rushes :)

RIP Kobe and daughter. He had his shortcomings like many human beings. I am not here to judge anyone. God knows I have my own faults.
If he raped someone then I believe he gets what is coming to him right now.
In meantime, I withhold that scrutiny.
Anyway, Iam a sports nut and I would put him on second team best of all time. Cannot put him on Magic , Bird, Jordan, Chamberlain, and Duncan who were first team greatest of all time.
P.S. I have to confess @whatsup you are one of the first blogs I visit everyday. Just enjoy your point of view so much even when it does NOT always align with my own. Keep up the good job of making people actually Think and Ponder about things !!
I don't think it is a "Mistake" to choke a girl until she has bruising on her neck, bend her over a chair and create a big enough mess to leave her blood on both of you.
While that is very gracious of you, that just doesn't accidentally happen. I also believe with power and money comes entitlement and frankly I care more about how he treated people than how he played a game.
I will let everyone make up there own mind, but there is no comparison.
