为什么说生煎包都会说上海呢?

前几年听一个上海朋友说。在上海,有个人开了一家很小的店卖生煎包,在上海买了两套房。
我觉得他是天方夜谈。

最近我家附近有一家生煎包也在生活群里火了。
我慕名过去试了一下。
店子也很小,基本上就算个小摊子了。也打着上海生煎包的门头。
我真想冲上去问一下老板,你买几套房了。

奇怪了,生煎包是上海特有的吗?我吃过好几家生煎包的店都打着上海生煎包的招牌。
我吃过很多地方的早点好像都有生煎包啊!比如湖北。

但是这个上海生煎包跟湖北的不一样。
湖北的生煎包基本可以认为是缩小版生煎肉包。
上海版的这个更像生煎狗不理。明显要软一点,有点汤包的意思,皮也更薄一点。

可惜不会做面食,不然,我也偷师一下,去赚两套房。。。。。
