今天几个湖北朋友聚会。正好知道旁边有一家湖北菜。
其实湖北菜是一个很普通的菜系，甚至很多人都不知道有什么湖北特有的菜。
有一点知名度的就是莲藕汤和珍珠圆子。至于什么热干面，豆皮那些早点就不提了，正席一般不吃这个。
不过，你要是单独点个热干面当主食也是可以的。记得放一点酸豆角。

今天点了个珍珠糯米圆子，这个是个典型的湖北菜。
其实我们老家还有糯米圆子，这个在外面一般吃不到。
生的糯米圆子长得跟珍珠圆子很像。但是糯米圆子是纯糯米做的，里面不包肉。

今天点的黄豆炖猪蹄算不得湖北菜，单纯只是我喜欢吃。
真的很好吃。
自己厨艺太差，总是炖不出这家的味道。

那个黑不溜秋的是酸豆角鸡杂，这个是很好的下酒菜，推荐一下！~
