My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2019
My weekly Wednesday walk at work and in Kawasaki, Japan from JR Kawasaki station to our place of gathering.
It's already summer in Japan so it's quite challenging to walk. The recorded temperature tonight is 29 degrees celsius. It not that hot and humid compared to previous nights averaging more than 30 degrees so it's more enjoyable to walk.

@eastmael, These colourful lights definitely going to make our Walking Session very pleasant. When we walk we observe our surroundings and we see beautiful and pleasant essence then it heals us.
