Shopping for a Generous Evening ...

Today we make purchases in honor of the generous evening that comes tomorrow before the Epiphany in Ukraine. We went to the big supermarket "Auchan" in Lviv, on the street of Vladimir the Great. There are some traditional dishes that we always buy on this day.

The first is wheat with poppy seeds, honey and nuts. This dish is called kutia. And the second is big donuts with jam and poppy seeds.

We also saw discounts on gingerbread. These are favorite sweets for my daughter Victoria, you know as @bugavi.
We saw a big gingerbread in the form of a Christmas tree :) The discount was big - 19-75 UAH instead of 30 UAH and we bought it!

Mandarins should be a must at our holiday table, so we found a taste and bought a few pounds. These are my favorite winter fruits that remind me of my childhood)

And here it was possible to order our favorite orange fresh, which costs 45 UAH for 250 ml, if in dollars it is 2. And what is the cost of squeezed orange fresh in your country?

Then we bought some more dairy products and stationery for school and went to the self-checkout counter where we scanned all these goods for a long time and as a result we got a big enough check :) But a generous evening will be beautiful!
