Ciao Steemians!

Here I am again participating to #lovetheclouds, a contest organized by @tobetada. I took the cover picture in Lugano's Lake (Switzerland) last year during a solitary vacation of a few days.

I took a lot of pictures during those days but I have published very few because they were so many and all taken in RAW format and for photoshop them would have taken a long time and at that time I had none. A pity because the lake's scenery is really captivating and I tried to do my best immortalizing it properly, even if it's quite difficult, especially for a newbie like me. There are very good users participating to this contest, it will be a tough and healthy battle.

When I took this photo I was taking a walk on a walk around the lake, a storm hit it and I took the opportunity to take some pictures, I also saw some lightning bolts and some of them fell close enough to me doing a lot noise, luckily for me I was sheltered, the other side of the coin is not being able to capture them, which is very difficult.

Now I leave you to the picture on which I later darkened trees and mountains to bring out more the tumultuous clouds and the landscape, making it more obscure than it already was.

I want to say congrats to @tobetada for organizing this beautiful contest and I wish good luck to all participants!

*Eccomi nuovamente a partecipare a #lovetheclouds, contest organizzato da @tobetada. La foto d copertina l'ho scattata sul Lago di Lugano l'anno scorso durante una vacanza di qualche giorno in solitaria.

Ho scattato tantissime fotografie durante quei giorni ma non ne ho pubblicate pochissime perché erano talmente tante e tutte scattate in formato RAW e per ritoccarle ci avrei impiegato molto tempo ed in quel periodo non ne avevo. Un peccato perché gli scenari del lago sono davvero accattivanti ed ho cercato di fare del mio meglio per immortalarli come si deve, anche se é abbastanza difficile, soprattutto per un novellino come me. A questo contest partecipano utenti davvero molto bravi in questo campo, sarà una dura e sana battaglia.

Quando ho scattato questa foto stavo facendo una passeggiata nel sentiero attorno al lago, una tempesta si é abbattuta su di lui e ne ho approfittato per scattare qualche foto, ho visto anche alcuni fulmini e qualcuno di essi é caduto abbastanza vicino a me facendo parecchio rumore, per mia fortuna ero al riparo, l'altro lato della medaglia é il non essere stato in grado di immortalarli, cosa assai difficile.

Vi lascio dunque alla fotografia sulla quale ho oscurato in un secondo tempo alberi e montagna per far risaltare maggiormente le nuvole tumultuose ed il paesaggio rendendolo più oscuro di quel che non fosse già.
