I think there is limited patience and limited desire for any inconvenience these days, making the time taken to really get to know someone very tricky business. I feel sorry for the young adults that have to compete for a mate in a fake world. I find it is not that difficult to spot the genuine people that can be connected with, but most are 30+.

I agree - It must be very difficult. Those with old-fashioned values are probably not well-received. It's a topsy-turvy world.
