Hello Dtubers,

Today I tried to explain the benefits of walking in this video. Dear friends, walking is the best exercise. It is a very good exercise for heart patients. If someone is a high cholesterol patient, walking helps lower cholesterol. If someone is a patient of diabetes, then walking also helps control diabetes. Walking keep the body fit, active and healthy. so I hope you like my video today on dtube that I have recorded especially for my Dtube community.
