Having this stress for a long time also reduces the body's immunity. They are constantly exposed to various infectious diseases. Also, the risk of developing non-communicable diseases such as high blood pressure, high blood fat, and heart disease is very high. Many of these people suffer from concurrent depression. Then life will feel sad and sad. All the troubles will be felt only by themselves and alone. They will always say that they only live for their children. They are less concerned about themselves.

Another symptom of persistent depression is psychosis. In this case, the person has different symptoms, but they are often not the interconnected symptoms of a real disease but rather the unrelated ones.
