Day 517 | Cheat Day


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

I have been doing great on the activity level and joined my 3rd Hot yoga class this week yesterday. I did however have something of a cheat day when it came down to my food intake. Not sure what has gotten into me, but the high goal I set this month when it comes down to losing some of that last excess weight seems unattainable at least without having 100% focus on it. I will adjust it a bit and do what I can the rest of the month and move from there on.
