Having a Time Off in the Beach

I have always been busy. Oftentimes, I don't have that much time for myself. I need to give attention for myself in order to gain strength physically, mentally, and emotionally.

If you get burned out, you will get tired easily, and will experience loss of joy. There you can possibly acquire mental illness such as depression, and other. I wanted to be mentally strong so I decided to take some time off.

That time, my cousin who is also my boss is went out of town. My cousin @iyanpol12 encouraged me to go to the beach for a jogging. But I am not sure if I can go so he left. Then I decided to go by myself. Starting from the house, I went on to walk.

I went straight to the beach. I am able to have some fresh air and I loved it. I also tried to walk in the water. It is nice to breath with fresh air early in the morning.

Walking in the middle of this park is a nice one. Surrounded by the beautiful trees, and green grasses, and an early morning breeze.

Of course, having a view of the Capitol of Pangasinan. The front view is very beautiful. It is often visited by many tourists especially during summer.

I am very busy until now, but hopefully, I will find time to stroll and have some fresh air. That way, I will be able to get invigorated.
