What Is On Your Mind That Has You Down?

That can be a huge question at this point in time, haha. But let's look outside all of the garbage that is going on in the world at the moment that has everyone down, and let's look at the everyday things that tend to bother allot of people, I know I have had these issues, and still do to this day. These articles are really me trying to tell myself some things, lol.

We have all had that one point in your lifetime, where you might ask yourself why others are so successful with money when you're not. Depending upon how closely you look, you'll have a lot of answers.

Do these sound like somethings you would think?

    • They're just more prosperous than I am
    • They have had better training than I have
    • They were born into a wealthy family
    • They already had the revenue to begin a business
    • They already had the revenue to invest in real estate
    • They're brighter than I am
    • They're younger than I am
    • They look better than I do
    • They likely work harder than I do
The list likely carries on filling many pages. Money is really the one major issue people have in today's society, next to relationships, which many relationship issues stem from money... You might not understand this yet, but your thoughts and beliefs are the pattern for your reality. If you knew that, would you designedly create one from the list above? Likely not, as these beliefs are not supportive at all.

These beliefs produce a truth that leaves you 'playing the dupe', and moreover, keeps you right where you are. You're not bettering your life one bit. Why are we producing these thoughts in the first place, when we understand that they're not constructive at all?

The answer really lies in the nature of our consciousness. Most of us were told that there's a universe out there and this universe conditions our truth. It's the common notion that 'life happens' to us. Most of us get these notions supported several times per day. The consequence is that our consciousness becomes imprinted every day with the same message. The message with the same old notion. I know I have fell into that thought process on many occasions, even very recently... remember when I said I was talking to myself here, haha.

Anyway, moving along... As grownups, we're not even cognizant that our life, 'as it happens' is constructed around a thought or belief. It becomes a fundamental reality that we prove to ourselves in every moment. So how do we get out of this quandary? We have to take a step backwards and view our thoughts as if we were looking from overhead. Take a sheet of paper and a pencil and put down all the beliefs you have about income and money.

Don't think excessively, be spontaneous. When you've run out of your own thoughts and beliefs, consider what others think and feel about money. Then mark each one with an 'H' or an 'S' depending if the notion is hindering or supportive. Hindering beliefs don't support producing wealth, supportive ones do. Now, view your list and count every supportive and hindering thought. What is your score?

How many hindering beliefs do you have, and how many supportive ones do you have? Recognize that all the hindering thoughts don't support the production of fortune. Now, take a fresh sheet of paper, and brainstorm thoughts that will precisely produce the wealth you'd like to have. When you're done with the list, check out each of your new thoughts and produce a mental picture.

Hold this image for at least ten - twenty seconds. You might require some practice, but each time you do it, you'll get better at it. Do this exercise in a calm, chill and relaxed environment, as this will help to impress these beliefs into your consciousness.

Remember, beliefs are the design of what will manifest in your life. With a little preparation, you'll be able to move onto the next stage, which is feeling your thoughts and beliefs. You need to feel as if these things are already in the works or have already happened... At least this is what all the 'Law of Attraction' people say...

    • How does it feel to be a millionaire?
    • How does it feel to have abundance in your life?
    • How does it feel to have more income than you are able to spend?
    • How does it feel to give to other people?
    • How does it feel to purchase something without having to view the price?
Whenever you see yourself thinking or speaking a hindering belief about money, quit what you're doing. Return to the place in your mind where you call up one of your purposely created beliefs about revenue, and connect with it. The more you accomplish this, the more you'll train your brain to think in a fresh way, a way that heads to living an abundant and favorable life.

I say this to you because I again, I am really talking to myself here. Lately with everything going on in the world, one can really feel the lack of motivation and just want to start making excuses for their setbacks in life. That whole 'life happen' kind of thought process can be dangerous at times, but at the same time, being able to let go of struggles and just keeping with the flow of life is really what needs to happen! We need to quit trying to force life to happen and just let it happen.

This is me trying to get back to my Taoist kind of thinking and just let life happen. I have no control over many things, the only things I need to worry about are the things I can control.

Anyway, hope everyone has a great day, wherever, and whenever you are when you read this! I really never thought that sitting down and writing in this manner really helps my mindset as a whole! Let me know what you think about these latest articles, if they help you, if you agree, or don't agree... I would like to know!

For me, I can get in a habit of incredibly harsh self talk. I have to remind myself of the things I've done well and how thankful I am for my experiences and the people in my life and life itself. I've gone through several different phases and revelations in relation to money. I spent most of my life with a negative view point of money especially as I learned about the central banking system. Only in the last 3 or 4 years after finding Bitcoin and realizing that money is just a powerful tool that can be used for good or evil, has my relationship with money changed. Last year I even read, "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill and that seems to have been helpful as well. I honestly feel that the most powerful way to abundance is through self love and love of others, but I'm a simple nature loving hippie, so for me love is always the answer, lol
