We are all going through different situations in our lives and after a while the situation ends and his memory continues to haunt us and turn our backs on us. Our feelings range from sorrow, remorse and guilt, and we may be caught up in daydreams when we try to create a new image in our minds in which we repair what we have lost in the past.

The solution is to reconcile with ourselves and with the other person with whom the situation occurred. The reconciliation process is usually about forgiveness, liberation, or any other technique that helps you get rid of those feelings to start a new page.

What happens is that man is free from the past, but he fails to change his physical condition. After you have been free or reconciled with the past, you have to get out of the house or where you are. Go out and breathe clean air, walk in the mall or walk by the sea, move and do a job that you love and relax or make your mood better

After each liberation, go, rejoice and move the blood in your body, because this will help you make a significant difference between the previous situation and the new post-liberation situation. That's how you feel liberated and something has really changed. This is called clarity and this is what your subconscious will record, so it will take you to the stage of normal comfort and the bad memories will not return.
