Master or servant?

Are you the master of the mind?
What would a pen know?
is it likely to state a fact so?
The body is like the pen
remember you are not the instrument
You are the master inside the sheath
who has wonderful abilities
the light within the case
that has to shine and lead the way
the case that has been clouded with dirt
thoughts and emotions and worries that are not worth
that has to be wiped off
to let the light shine forth
the soul trapped within the sheath
has to be discovered
by many an act of kindness indeed
