Imagine the beach ....
Imagine the beach and the waves gliding on to the shore. The foam that creeps up on your legs and the feeling of wetness and the sheer power of nature. The vast expanse of water and the boats over at sea. The smell of the sea and that of the fried peanuts being sold nearby and the people strolling peacefully.
Life can be stressful during these days and people have to sit in their houses listening to news broadcasts which spell nothing but doom but you can choose how to spend your day.
You can read a book that you liked or watch a favorite movie and also try your hand in making some dishes that you always wanted to make and enjoy it peacefully.
Life is how we make it. So, take a break from the rush of life and make sure you are happy.
It was said that domestic violence was reported after a lockdown in several parts of the country. It is sad, that some people do not know how to live amicably and in harmony.
Remember that even if anybody tries to taunt or insult you, that it is they who do not know how to manage their emotions and how to get on with others in a peaceful manner. So, it is better to ignore such people and just get on with your own life. After all, peace of mind is bigger than winning a never-ending argument.
