You have incredibly amount of both physical and mental strength that your body may be hiding from you. So many people have been through intense hardness that they never thought possible without cracking under the pressure. When you believe that your current situation will not make you to crack, you will be surprised how extra strength will pump within you to keep you going.

There is a particular popular adage that expresses the fact that when something does not succeed to kill you, that thing will make you stronger. Yeah, this simply is the truth. Ceramics for example, for it to become hardened so as to be usable, it has to pass through heat. The same thing happens to gold, for it to emerge in its shiny and adorable state, it has to endure the blast furnace.

When challenges come your way, just look at them as tools needed to build you up. The truth is, you are stronger than you have ever imagined you are but without exercising it, your body will still be hiding it from you. You're not as fragile as you think you are, there is an extra hidden strength deep down within you. You only need to give it expression.
