Ask And Receive

There is no wisdom in assuming that someone else knows your challenges. Trust me, they have many things to think of than to monitor if you have challenges or not - so you are the one that needs to ask for what you need.

Some people may have been taught to assume full responsibilities for their lives but this does not take away the fact that they still need the input of others to ease up things. One way to entreat the input of others is by asking for it.

Asking for assistance does not in any way suggest that you are not responsible for the issues of your life, it only shows willingness to humble yourself and follow someone's leading.

There are things that may not be delivered to you until you have placed a demand for it. A point may come in your life when you will need assistance, and at that point, it is wise to ask for it.

Can I tell you this? The experience that may have taken others a very long time to accumulate can be passed on to you in a shorter time because you will not be starting from the scratch but with the person's experience.

One may wonder; why do some people ask but do not get any response? Most times, asking for the wrong purpose may not be responded to. Asking for selfish reason may not also be responded to.

There is "how to" in everything including asking for assistance. Try as much as you can to always ask genuinely and for a very genuine reason, especially to get better and assume more responsibilities. This is why it is better to ask to learn how to fish instead of asking for fish to be given to you.
