Young Corn Snack
These are young corns ready to be cooked for an afternoon snack time. After boiling them they will be ready to be eaten. That is how simple and quick to prepare a corn snack. Spread some butter or salt and any other spice you like. For me they are good as they are straight from the pot. Yummy.
Our friend who harvested their corns dropped them today. People with farm lands and who are growing their own food I envy. I had always been dreaming about planting and growing my own food especially now that we are not so sure if what we buy is safe in the long run.
