Kwek Kwek is a popular streetfood here in the Philippines. Quail eggs is the main ingredient coated with batter, deep fried then served with a sauce. Usually they come with an orange color on the batter but I don't have that in my kitchen. Still looked good though and tasted better than I expected

This is one way to package or present it street style. Placed inside a clear plastic cup then sauce poured in plus a barbecue stick. Others use narrow paper plates or serve them straight from a stick

They may not look as good as the orange Kwek Kwek but they are delicious especially the brown sauce

This is how I served the Kwek Kwek to my testers. They loved the look and taste. I am happy to hear their comments which are generally positive. For a moment I forgot about my boredom and learned something new. This is my first time to cook Kwek kwek

Until next time. Hive On
