The good thing about hitting rock bottom is that we can only go up

Many times we could feel that we are sinking, that complex situations submerge us, and that we are going to the bottom, and it is only this, the bottom, that can stop us.

Has this happened to you? Well, to many yes, to others no, but being human is something that we are subject to as emotional individuals who develop in a social environment.

But, should we be worried about falling? I particularly think not, because any person can have a setback in their life that emotionally affects them in such a way that they can collapse, but the important thing at the end of the day is to be able to get up, that's where the mistake would be made, in not trying again.

A few days ago, I read a phrase: "The good thing about hitting rock bottom is that we can only go up".

It caught my attention and that's why I decided to write about it. And I thought after reading such a sentence that it really had a great logic, basic, but logical at the end. If someone for some reason in their life touches the bottom, it is only for them to recover, learn, get up and go on, because life is like that, a sequence of ups and downs that make it what it is, it is not linear.

So, if life is like that, with ups and downs, we should not be surprised when it suddenly throws us to the ground, but we should always know that in the same way we are going to get up, we should do it, because it is the only way to be able to accomplish the goals we have set, it is the best way to keep moving forward, it is the only way to get out of the bottom we could be in.

Always projecting ourselves, not letting a bad moment ruin our life, or rather, not ruining our life for a bad moment. It's always a good decision to "get up and go", in fact it's the best one.

I say goodbye, and taking care, not only of the Covid-19 that seems to be the thing that attracts all the attention nowadays, but mentally too, is very important.
