Problems Vs Opportunities, "How to trained our Mindset to convert life Problems into opportunities"

HELLO Dear Steemians!

This straightforward attitude has numerous advantages. To begin with, it diminishes the weight of pressure that typically goes with any new issue - on the grounds that the issue is seen in a positive light, it's less scary. Second, it contextualizes the issue. Since the psyche quickly begins contemplating the impacts and potential reactions to the issue, it very well may be separated and dissected simpler. Third, it supports development - this attitude constrains you to adjust and enhance an always repeating premise. At long last, it's self-sustaining. Each issue you see or take care of along these lines makes future issues simpler to deal with, framing a positive cycle of fortification

Sadly, there's no enchantment switch you can flip in your cerebrum that abruptly makes you see every one of your issues in this light. On the off chance that you need to embrace this outlook, you'll need to set aside the effort to retrain your cerebrum. It is conceivable, however it will require steady exertion over an all-encompassing timeframe to see the outcomes.

Feel free to do Free

A large portion of us respond adversely to issues when they shock us. You're headed to take a shot at a course you generally take, and you get a punctured tire; this occasion is totally sudden, and can make you feel like the day is demolished. Notwithstanding, your work drive quite often has some sort of issue in it- - they're generally just so little you don't take note. For instance, there may be additional traffic, you may have overlooked something at home, or you probably won't have a sufficient charge on your cell phone to tune in to music. Indeed, even a rebel red light can meddle with your drive.

You should never view your challenges as a disadvantage. Instead, it's important for you to understand that your experience facing and overcoming adversity is actually one of your biggest advantages. Michelle Obama

First Impressions and Mind Practice

Our initial introductions regularly characterize our responses to new circumstances, so as to begin considering issues to be openings, you need to abstain from establish first connections by and large (which is actually quite difficult). We should take the punctured tire episode in the above area; your early introduction may be "I will be late" or "This will be a torment" or "This is going to cost me cash I haven't planned." These initial introductions quickly represent the issue in a negative light, instead of what it is- - an unbiased circumstance. Keep yourself from shaping these quick contemplations by basically thinking about the issue itself: "I have a punctured tire."

Practice this on little scale issues, such as spilling a beverage, and stir your way up. It's our sense to shape early introductions, particularly in dire or hazardous circumstances, so you'll be battling against nature on this one.

Avoid from Unnecessary Efforts

When that underlying response stage has passed, you can concentrate on separating yourself from the issue. We frequently have an exceedingly conceited view on the world, driving us to think about all the awful ways an issue could influence us. Be that as it may, in the event that you think about the issue as a different substance, inconsequential to you, you'll complete a superior employment of treating your feelings and pondering the issue equitably. One accommodating procedure to do this is to portray the issue as though it were occurring to a companion: "Sway has a punctured tire. He needs to dismantle off to the side of the street and either put on an extra or call a towing organization." This encourages you stay away from the self image driven enthusiastic responses that regularly emerge.

Figure out how to Objectively Evaluate the Ups and Downs

Your subsequent stage is to disconnect the genuine dangers and results of an issue from your overstated or fanciful ones. Doing as such will enable you to move your concentration from considering the to be as a weight or as a damaging power to considering the to be as an unbiased power that enables you to make a move. At whatever point you face an issue, make a physical or mental rundown of all the critical negative results it will have. Hardening an extensive rundown will commonly represent that your concern isn't as damaging as it appeared superficially; our minds are wired to envision most pessimistic scenario situations and overstate potential dangers so we can over-plan instead of under-get ready. In the cutting edge world, this transformative writing computer programs is less useful.

A Reaction is a Flaw, An Improvements is a Satisfaction

At last, you'll have to prepare your mind to think about your reaction to a given issue as an improvement, instead of a visually impaired response. For instance, in the punctured tire episode, it's anything but difficult to think "I have a punctured tire. Presently I need to fix it." This is an immediate response to the circumstance. Rather, attempt to consider present and future enhancements: "I have a punctured tire. This will allow me to utilize my extra." "I have a punctured tire. I should purchase tire sealant to have close by in the event that this happens once more." Over time, you'll bit by bit begin seeing issues as far as the potential upgrades they delineate, rather as far as the activities they request of you. Once more, similarly as with any psychological move, begin with little situations and progressively stir your way up to bigger ones.

You're continually going to have issues throughout your life, regardless of whether they come up as close to home issues, proficient difficulties, or level out misfortune that demolishes your day. On the off chance that you can prepare your brain to see these issues as open doors for development, you'll become unquestionably progressively proficient at dealing with them rapidly, productively, and with less pressure.

Wow! Again, quite a post, @hashzone91. You seem you have found your place here :0)

I noticed there is something wrong with the sourcing of your image.

Sourcing is considered to be very a must here. It's important you get it right.

Below your image (images, because I noticed the same in your other posts) this is showing:

source.jpg

That's part of the HTML-code to insert an image. Weird, because I checked, and you uploaded your image on SteemIt. Also, it is linked to the source of the image.

Let me show you the code to add underneath an image to correctly source it.

You can use either Markdown code or HTML code. Both will work fine.

Click the image to enlarge it and see the code

source2.jpg

It's something you really got to fix.

A quick tip: @blacklux has opened her adoption program again. I suggest you apply to be adopted. It can help to grow your account even faster.
You can apply here

(Before you apply, fix the problem with the sourcing, because correct sourcing is one of her criterions to be selected)

I'm sorry for the delay, but in the middle of the comment below, I decided to check something in Partiko. Before I knew it, the app had published a post on my wall. I had to fix that first and turn it into a fairly decent post as soon as possible

I only just noticed you're using Partiko to publish your posts.
Normally, partiko should take care of the correct code if you upload an image.

I just checked, and Partiko adds an image with a code looking like this:

(I had to upload the images to an external site, because I couldn't publish my comment - it said there was an error. So simply click the link to see the image)

https://ibb.co/yW6vLYp

It should look fine when posted on your SteemIt blog.

If you upload a picture through SteemIt or another interface, the code looks like this:

https://ibb.co/QN0gRJj

The only difference between the two codes is the part at the beginning, between the [ and ] bracket. It's the part that gives your image a name. Steemit does so, Partiko doesn't.

But that shouldn't matter. Both codes should display your image just fine.

I don't have any idea where the ***< img scr= *** part comes from, other than that you insert it manually...

I'm not that familiar with Partiko, for the reason I mentioned at the top of this comment: it publishes my posts before they are finished, so I stopped using it.

But after you've uploaded your image using the partiko editor, all you need to do is add this piece of code directly underneath:

https://ibb.co/fYQ8vrq

That should do the trick

I love positive thinking messages. My favorite is the reaction mentality training. Reacting as a parental stable coach like a calm smoker is always the best way to react to hostile behavior in others also. Good success tip.
