Welcoming June

It’s time to turn another page of our calendar because we are now in the sixth month of 2020. Today is June 1, and it’s Monday. I’m sure we’re all hoping that this month will be good, right?

I want to start this month with healthy thoughts and habits. This is what I ate for today.

I hope that I could maintain this kind of diet hehe.

And of course, let’s not neglect to nourish our mind as well. Mental health is also important. A lot of us is suffering from anxiety. We are all overwhelmed with the situations, with the statistics of Covid19 cases. The increase is shocking. Classes are supposed to start this month here in our country, but it can’t be.

Amidst all this, let’s be positive, not with Covid19. Let’s be optimistic and continue to allow ourselves to entertain hopes that this crisis would end soon.
