I'll Be Taking My Social Security Early 10.11.2020

Yes, I figure I could use the money now and my birthday is coming up. So, God willing I will be getting my Social Security sometime after my 62nd birthday.

Hard to believe I'll be 62 years old soon. Yes, time has flown by. Time seems to fly as the years go by when one is old. It almost seems like the 1980's for me was like yesterday.

I started working for the telephone company in the later part of 1979 and I got to work there for about 31 years with my last days of working there was in the month of December of 2010.

I sometimes get nightmares of myself working at the telephone company. The nightmare is the customer on the line and my computer doesn't have a keyboard or a monitor and I am trying to grab a keyboard or monitor so I could help my customer and would keep telling the customer to hold one moment.

I really don't like dreams like that. Then I wake up and say, I haven't worked that job in years.

Then there are those dreams of being back in high school and I have to write a paper, but I don't know what I will write it on. Kind of like sometimes when I wonder what I will write as a blog.

Even today I was struggling on what I would write on, it is just as soon as I started keying in some words, it just seems like I have something to write and it is nothing of what I thought I would write.

Well, that is a good thing as I never know if my writing will surprise even myself.

OK, so lets get back to time flying by seemingly fast. Well, that reminds me of a scripture, as it is written, But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 2 Peter 3:8. So to the Lord one day is like a thousand years. Time flies by fast.

Yes, for Social Security you can just sign up for it online. I am OK with signing up online, but some people don't understand the computer. So for those people, one could still sign up for benefits as early as 62 years old if qualified over the phone.

I signed up online.

Let's end with a scripture, as it is written, And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. 1 Timothy 6:8.
