The Wet Towel Technique To Cool One's Self Against The Hot Weather

I sometimes do the wet towel technique to really cool myself with these forbidding hot temperatures which sometimes soars to 36 degrees Celsius or more but the humidity plays a big factor and it really makes me so uncomfortable.

But I can cool my body down with the wet towel technique. You just simply get a wet towel lightly wrung but not dripping with water.

That wet towel can now be used to cover your semi-naked body and by using an electric fan zeroed in to you it will cool you off to make you comfortable even in a hot room. The electric fan is important because if you do not use it the wet towel will just heat up and will make you warm than cool because of your own body heat and the heat of the surrounding area.

It is a good technique to cool-off especially if you feel that the temperatures is already hurting your skin and you will definitely not feel the burning hot temperatures of the afternoon sun because of that.

Yesterday the temperatures had soared to a point that it is somewhat burning my skin. It is just terrible so I just have to ride it off by trying to sleep. I also have to turn off my laptop for a fear of overheating it.

But I cannot use the wet towel technique each and everytime 24/4. It is because I am using the weather for my health advantage. The perspiration it causes to my body helps me get rid of toxins and extra water from my body so that I can enjoy drinking more fluids.

I just have to sacrifice my comfort so that at least I can drink more fluids. It is just nice that now I have more room in my body and drinking fluids now doesn't get me full before my next dialysis.

So I am happy with the outcome of my effort to bring down my body weight to the most comfortable level and it caused me to have more easing of my respiration as I can now breathe more normally than ever before.
