My Parents Went Out To Get Another Dialysis Financial Assistance For Me From The Charity Sweepstakes Office Of The Government đź’°âš•

This Guarantee Letter Was From October 25th, We Got Funds For Three Dialysis Sessions, Now We Got Double The Amount

My mother is holding the guarantee letter for my dialysis center an amount equivalent of three dialysis session. We got it last October 25th and we thought that it was the last grant from the charity sweepstakes office branch in our province until we got a notification from my dialysis center that we can get an amount double that amount of about $297 dollars equivalent which means I can get six dialysis sessions from that grant which is more than enough for this year of my dialysis needs.

It is such a great help although again we just have to pay additional fee for every visit to my dialysis center which makes me get angry to the hospital that owns it because the guarantee letter is giving an additional 20% amount of the $39.60 that is supposed to be the payment for each dialysis and yet we patients have to pay additional money for ever session.

The amount of about 39.60 is the regular dialysis fee but if it would come from the government charity sweepstakes office they will charge us 49.50 for each session plus $6 dollars equivalent for each session. So my hospital is just like a shark in that regard. I just have no choice but to remain there because they are at this point is the only dialysis center that I know that can accommodate a patient like me which has a problem with a liver virus.

My Hospital Is Just A Shark For Charging Us Extra Bills

But at least the charity sweepstakes office, the lottery owned by the government is kind enough to give us dialysis patients the assistance that we needed because I think they knew that our dialysis allocation coverage by my health insurance already had ended from mid-November with some patients ending much earlier because they already used-up their dialysis from a more frequent dialysis treatments that they had in the past months while I myself just scrimped mine to be able to extend its use and suffer less from paying out of pocket when the allocation ends.

Now the money that my mother had saved can now be used elsewhere like her need for going to the hospital from time to time like what happened a few days ago where she had a swollen tonsils that needed to be medicated.

My hope is just to have more dialysis allocations in the future which might come true if not this year then maybe in the next coming years where my health insurance can benefit from the tobacco and liquor excise taxes to add more fun to it and thus the improvement of my health insurance's services especially for us dialysis patients and the future patients that would need dialysis.

Everyone Should Get A Health Insurance Because Nobody Is A Superman

The future patients will be lucky because of my government's effort to take care of the health of its citizens which I am now benefiting from unlike in the olden days where poor dialysis patients just cannot afford the treatment and die a lingering death. I guess that there are not much cases like that now except for the very poor where they cannot afford the extra charges that some of the hospitals charge for every treatment.

It is a very good initiative to take care of the health of the people or citizens because a healthy citizen can be more productive than if they are sick and cannot get a basic healthcare. It will then translate into the country being poor as well. It is like an investment to the people and if the people are healthy from the womb and throughout its adult life then as said above will be productive and will make a prosperous nation.

Thank you Sir old-guy-photos :)
It seems that these government branches, my gov.t health insurance and the charity sweepstakes office is in tandem for assisting the dialysis patients. It is good and I thank God for it.

It's very nice to hear that you are getting help from your government but at the same time the hospital attitude is bad.
Your Parents are truly a blessing for you. So much love and compassion they hold. God bless you and your family đź’—
