I Have To Flush The Undesireable Within

I will be taking some laxative tea, it's brand name is "Biguerlai" tea, I had taken it before and it truly works on evacuating your stools. I feel like I more in my colon because I haven't made to poo since last night but before that since last six or seven days ago so I definitely have much more to let out, maybe not too much since I am only eating minuscule amounts of food.

I guess that taking the "Loperamide" pill last Friday also was the culprit because with my already low fiber diet it caused the impacting of my stools and making them hard to pass-out.

I just have learned my lesson now I have to eat some vegetables and fruits so that I will become regular. Actually I am regular in most times, maybe two to three times per week I would use the toilet. It is because I just coincide my toilet use before my dialysis session so that I will feel better before my dialysis session.

Biguerlai Tea Is A Laxative Tea

We can learn more about the "Biguerlai" tea here basically what it does is to irritate the lining of our bowels making you want to use the toilet immediately, you basically get a diarrhea and more trips to the bathroom if you take two or more of it in one sitting.

So I am just in therapy basically to flush out more the contents of my bowel now and hope that I would get a good cleansed more with my impacted stools. I do not want this because it is hard to move around the toilet with my current joint pains and I got weary last night with all that sitting around the hospital and given suppositories just to make me poo.

Changed my mind. This post is the shit. I give it 5 out of 5 prunes for regularity. 👌

Since I take opiates for chronic pain, I can appreciate this.

What sort of Doctor is prescribing Loperamide (to reduce the effects of IBS and loose bowels) AND taking laxatives at the same time? All sounds a bit fishy to me......Waste of your time, health and money. Do you actually have a real doctor ?

No it was just me that made the decision of taking Loperamide last week because I was feeling a discomfort in my guts but since I had no fiber in my diet it made my stools a bit hard to poo out.
The doctor in the emergency room last night prescribed me a laxative in case this happens again then I will have to take it, it is the castor oil but I decided to take the tea since I have already experience in taking it.

This is so awesome. Thank you for this tip. I had a similar problem for the last month, and believe it or not, my real doctor did not know what to prescribe to make it easier for me. At some point I even considered ordering a crate of Fizzy Bubble, but I didn't actually want to paint all my restroom brown, so I decided to find something else. And that tea you wrote about did wonders! I felt a pleasant lightness just right after dipping the teabag in a cup of hot water. I thought I have to cool it down and drink it all, but not, it actually happened almost instantly on its own. A true miracle, considering how long it have been without a proper emptying myself. At first I was somewhat shocked about how intense, or even violent, was the reaction of my body, and also how much of it managed to came out in one go, but the lightness and satisfaction I felt afterwards was really rewarding. I will definitely want to read more of your tips. That's the real business here, not some placebo pills for the faint hearted. Maan, I'm so high now. I hope this tea works such wonders for you as well. Making it regular, that should be the trend now!

I am glad that it helped you, the Senna tea is really effective for stool evacuation and affordable too. Prune juice also helps and it takes minutes for it to work too.
