I Owe Much For Our Technology Today

The Internet had caught my interest even before we had a service for it here in my place. At first the service was very expensive and at the same time slow plus of course I could not even afford a second-hand set of computer.

Then came my sister-in-law who bought a second hand PC which is also slow, then an antique IBM Laptop and with it the USB modem that she bought for a connection to a broadband. The broadband connection is still slow because it is wireless and we do not have a better signal.

Then I just played around the PC exploring how to use Linux OSes and other operating systems. I joined forums and learned the etiquette behind it. I used free VPNs and even WiMAx which later got phased-out, I ended-up with the support of my brother get a wired connection which I later gave up because the source of my income got affected as I was earning back then from a blogging site that paid you for every like, view, and comment that you get. I was never so happy at that instance because it is just like magic doing what you love and getting paid for it too.

At that time I am already suffering from my bone problem which resulted into this plus pain. I just thank the Internet technology and particularly the blockchain technology because it is offering me hope in alleviating my major health issues and actually is supporting me until now by giving me a chance to earn some money for my health issues and also hopefully my surgery plans and goals too.

But the Internet just gave me a lot in my life, I wouldn't be here for sure if I wasn't able to get myself connected and landed on opportunities that allowed me to earn some money. I did lost some money of course because of the scams that I went through but this is life and we just have to learn from our mistakes and be better and wiser next time.

And so I did and never looked back at those sites again and just consider them as a nightmare in my sea of dreams, the dreams that I want to come true for my life. That is what I am trying and working on so that I can turn my life around into a more normal way of life because most of the years that I had lived here on earth I am sickly and weak. I wanted to change that if that is still feasible and if not then I will just ride the tides of what my fate would bring me unto and definitely it will be as undesirable and bleak as it can get at that point.
