I Might Take Another Dose Of My Pain Reliever This Evening

It is hard to move around in my condition where stiffness, pain, and the cold mornings are present to pin me down and put me in a hard situation while preparing for my dialysis since my sessions are now had been put in the first slot of the day at around 4:30 AM in both schedules in a week because my nurses just revamped my schedule for the reason they say that there in an influx of new patients in our center.

But of course we just don't get up and go 30 minutes before my intended dialysis session hour as we get up in the wee hour of around 2:00 AM to prepare around for our journey to my dialysis center which is about on e hour before the exact time. They are now strict on time and the patients will go on a penalty of paying if they come in late.

I just wanted my movements to be more fluid because it is just hard and painful to move now without some considerable relief from pain. My pain would now get worsened if something is not done to cut down the root cause of my pain and that is what I am trying to work-up with which I hope God would bless so that I can finally live pain-free although some debilitating condition had happened already but at least if the pain would be gone away it is already a triumph for me as if I had gotten a kidney transplant. For now it remains just a dream for me.

Anyway I just don't like taking this kind of pain medication because one of its side-effects is the destruction of red blood cells in my blood which is not good because I needed more RBCs to make me at least feel relatively stronger and able to sleep and eat as anemic people have the problem with those when their red blood cells gets low.

I am just preferring this kind of pain reliever because it gives me a longer pain relief as opposed to other NSAID pain reliever that is painful to my stomach and are also relatively expensive while this one (Diclofenac) is just cheap but effective.

Again I can never be freed from pain, stiffness, weakness, and all that until I cut the cause of these problems in my joints and bones. It is a hard battle where I am also uncertain if I ever will achieve that goal because of the comorbidities in my medical situation but I have to try and if given the opportunity or chance I will just take the risks even if would mean my life because it is worth it than living in a situation where you are just a drag for other people to the point that they just do not wish to look at you anymore.
