I took some of my NSAID pain reliever yesterday and today I am feeling nicely about my body's pain issues. For one thing I can sleep on my side again without much difficulty and discomfort like what I am saying before. I think that it was due to my brewing Appendicitis but one thing is for sure I have no more pain in my Appendix area and no more discomfort there anymore.

I really am hoping that my improved pain relief is coming from my additional dose of Cincalcet, it just means that I am able to lower down my PTH levels significantly and I am really happy about that if it was the case. The mission is to make my PTH levels to go down into normal levels so that my bones would finally absorb more Calcium than it is leaching out.

My goal for now is to make my PTH level to get normal so that it would help me make my bones get stronger and of course continue to get an improved pain relief without relying on pain reliever. I will be also be much conditioned to get my needed Parathyroidectomy if I am able to get my Parathyroid to tame a bit because I know that it would be almost impossible to make it to function normally again.

I really do not want to take any form of pain reliever especially NSAID pain reliever because I know also that it is hard for the guts as I could develop an ulceration on my intestines. These drugs are strong acids plus they also destroy red blood cells which is a thing that I do not want to happen. That is why people who take NSAID regularly gets anemic sometimes plus they risk in destroying their Kidneys like what happened to many people that I know already.

NSAID pain relievers are okay to take for about two weeks but not regularly because of the said reasons. Luckily not all NSIDs are very strong acids and some like the one that I am taking that I know of is mild for my tummy. I already had experienced taking a type that is not only expensive but burned my stomach which got me worried a few years ago as I have thought that I developed an ulcer by just taking one dose of it, I never took that kind of NSAID pain reliever after that incident.

I am just forced to take some NSAID pain reliever because of it is really hard to move with all the combination of feet, knee, back, and hip joint pain. SO I just have to relieve them. My Parathyroid medicine is just a drug alternative to Parathyroidectomy so it would work with careful consideration about my diet which I am religiously managing (I can't eat normally anyways) and also controlling my Phosphate/phosphorus intake or absorption plus the Vitamin D3 and K2 and the Calcium, all just to improve my bone health and pain issues.

My optimism, hope, determination, and faith never fades especially when I know that I have the best community in the Internet which is none other than steem community that is showing me much love and support and even surpassing my relative's and immediate family's support. That is why I am the most fortunate individual in my situation and condition on earth and I just am praying that may God to continue to bless you all my steem friends.
