I Carried-out My Clandestine Operation Today

Yes I took some 764 mg of Caffeine in a form of three Caffeine pills of 200 mg each, 100 mg of Caffeine from two small sachets of energy drink reconstituted, and a small bottle of Lipovitan which is like a Red Bull but with only about 64 mg of Caffeine although if you drink it you will feel stronger.

I was taking these Caffeine pills lately as an addition to my energy drinks which seemed to be no effective enough to support my always crashing blood pressure during my dialysis. So I figured out that maybe extra Caffeine pills would work and it really truly does.

I was nervous that I might overshoot my Caffeine intake in a small period of time because all in all that is about 800 mg of Caffeine in one sitting but things turned out to be okay because although my BP went down to 120 Systolic which is still normal my nurses still fiddled about the sodium setting and turned it to the maximum.

It is just my peeve when they do that because it just make me thirsty and get a glutton on drinks. Anyway the reading was done after two hours after my being hooked up and at that point I already had taken another two Caffeine pills with one I took before I got hooked-up and in addition I already had taken about 100 mg of Caffeine after my meal.

So at that point I am just listening to my body if I would feel worse or better. My blood pressure anyway got raised to 130 Systolic after three hours and after three and a half it was down again to 120 until the end of my session. I regret in taking Caffeine for the reason that it is bad for my bones but I am just taking Caffeine at my dialysis anyway so it is still okay.

What is bad is that I would drink Coffee as my main water like I was doing before just for me to be able to eat as I use it to make me swallow my food while recently I am using it so that I could work online for an extended period of time where I just prefer to work at night and it helps me to stay up and be active at night in most days before because it is silent during the night time here and it is cooler especially in the hot months in this place where it is not comfortable to use my laptop as it would seem to overheat plus I am also drizzling with sweat in those hot and humid months.

I am just happy how efficient my dialysis was because if not I would have suffered from painful palpitations because of a mad dosage of Caffeine that I took today. Well I have no choice because if I won't do that thing I will never get a satisfactory dialysis session plus I will continue to get a breathing problem too. Now at least I have a bit of fluid allowance before I really get so breathless before my session.

I am now confident that I can take that amount of Caffeine in one sitting, I am being dialyzed anyway so it just washes away the extra dose and at the same time supporting my blood pressure which in turn makes me get a complete and thorough dialysis without much fuss and problem and also fear that I will never be able to finish it. Now I can complete my session without the nurses worrying about my BP in crashing to hell levels.
