I Am Still Afraid To Get Up To Exercise My Joints But I Will Do It As Soon As Possible

I am feeling some improvements with what I feel with my body as the pains "magically" are shaved off from my body. I attribute it to my recent drug therapy for my Hyperparathyroidism where I doubled the dose of Cinacalcet that I am taking. I guess that it is working now so I am happy for it in that regard.

The recent PTH test revealed that I am just a short way into achieving the normal levels. It is like climbing Mt. Everest and you are near the peak already so with that I am eager to press on with doing the things that I am currently doing no matter how hard it is for me both physically and financially accomplish it.

I am still not wanting to get up though from my bed. My joints are still weak and might get injured if I try to exercise them. I might wait maybe a month or so or if I am very sure that I have no more pain then that will be the time that I would try to self-rehabilitate my bones so that I could walk again maybe at least by myself.

I suggest to move slowly to keep you muscle active, but don't too hard. If you move your body slowly you can measure your strength and bone so you can control it.
