I would love to understand more about how this proposed system will work!
Have a look to the white paper and to the website first. Probably you have done it already.
COCO is a value transmitting coin (like bitcoin) - that's what causes the current delay and has to be handled properly according to the Swiss law.
An important thing for a value coin is that it's circulating. At the first glance it seems to be a disadvantage that COCO comes back to the market to found the compensation project but the system has two players - users and investors. An important step is to make CO2Fund attractive to companies. We will see if the concept can convince.
This is most retarded thing I've seen all day.
There is a delay because of some legal issues which have to be done. To set up anything according to the Swiss law of course is important for a longterm success. Sorry for the delay - but it's on a good way at least.
