CO2Fund Project - Progress Update

The project will be based on an association in Switzerland. Statutes and regulations are ready to apply. More detailed news ahead next week.
A change to a previous announcement:
COCO donated by us Steemians should then formally be seen as a donation - association members will only be legal persons that participate in the project.
