Day 699 | Week Plans (9/21)

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

Last week wasn't exactly the best and the lockdown situation without any football action had more of an impact on me than I expected. It's the start of another week and a good chance to make some plans getting back on track.

My main downfall the last couple of days was my food intake which wasn't all that healthy and way too much. This will be my prime focus this week. I will kind of forget about getting much activity in and set the time I go to bed latstest at 01:00. Fasting and drinking a lot of water sitcking to a plant based diet will be the main priority next 7 days. I will be playing some poker mostly and set myself up to properly lean TA next month if there is still no betting action.
