Day 666 | Hot Yoga Wednesday (3/10)

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

I'm still very much able to stick to my 10 day plan eating clean while following my activity schedule and joined my 24th Hot yoga session in 108 days. I'm still a little behind in schedule but at a rate of 3 classes a week I should be able to get back on track to do 100 in a year.

On thursday as always, I will join my weekly tennis session

365 DAY HOT YOGA CLASSES | JOINED: 24/100 (Day 108)


The plan was to always go to bed at the same time around 00:00 which got extended a bit to 00:30 yesterday. Somehow I'm not yet losing any weight even though I'm sticking to healthy food. I have been drinking a lot and eating loads of soup and beans in the evening. I fully expect my weight to start dropping the next couple of days and the goal is still to reach 62-63kg
