Day 594 | Inner Fire

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

I'm always self monitoring myself and the last couple of days I have been thinking how to light my inner fire as I currently don't seem to be having that the same way I used to. I guess I'm an all or nothing perfectionist who works best when being able to fully focus on 1 thing regardless of what that is. There are different things I try to accomplish like making more money, building a better physique, becoming a lot more social, finding love,... but it's hard to do one of them full force without completely neglecting the other. Right now I'm kind of in a state where I'm everywhere and nowhere at the same time.

I skipped on my monday hot yoga class because it was both raining and I also saw I forgot to unpack my bag of my friday which left me without something to properly wear as everything was still quite wet.
